Olallieberries taste like a sweet-tart berry with a complex, jammy flavor that has hints of both blackberry and raspberry.
Sourced from our farmer friends on the central coast, our recipe uses only fresh frozen olallieberries, pure cane sugar, a little citrus pectin for help with gelling and a generous splash of freshly squeezed lemon juice for a little zing to the flavor in this magical combination. Enjoy!!
