Bagel ingredients 

Organic Bread Flour (wheat)

Levain (wild yeast) 

Water (filtered water)

Salt (Redmonds real salt)

Maple syrup (organic)

Sugar (organic cane)

2 grams (yeast)

Water bath:

Barley malt syrup 

Sodium Bicarbonate 

Wash: Egg (pasteurized)
